DME High School National took a victory, 60-53, home against Gateway High School Thursday night.
Many things were clicking for DME throughout the game. DeAndre Harvey finished with 16 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists.
Everyone worked together and held their own, with the frontcourt and bench contributing tremendously.
Vadim Clanet had 10 points, Keano Calderon had 7 points and 2 steals, and Mame Niang had 9 points, 4 rebounds, 1 block, and 1 steal.
DME trailed close most of the game but ended the first half down 7 points. DeAndre Harvey came out the gate strong during the 3rd quarter, knocking down some big-time shots.
DME pulled away and sealed the victory, 60-53.
