Why Camp At DME Academy

Facilities & Technology

With two full NBA courts, five youth basketball courts, 4 sand/beach volleyball courts, 7 regulation indoor volleyball courts, a shooting lab, two weight rooms, a 60x40 turf field used for soccer and outdoor performance training, a spa and recovery facility and audio/visual center for video analysis, DME has a training facility that competes with most collegiate programs. Experienced Staff

With decades of professional sports experience, and a hand selected staff led by legendary NBA coach, Dan Panaggio, DME sports camps are designed to help aspiring athletes compete with the best of the best. Our staff has created camp programs designed to maximize performance based on years of experience at the top level of the sport camps that we offer.

Competition

DME campers come to Daytona from across the Globe. Training every day with motivated athletes prepares all campers for the tough competition that they face back home. Whatever the goal is making the team, becoming a starter or playing in college - competition makes us all stronger, more prepared athletes.

Sport-Specific Training

Each position within a given sport requires a unique game plan. At DME, we help athletes understand the foundation of the game and the individual roles each position requires of an athlete. We build the complete athlete so that they have a better understand for position-specific expectations and responsibilities in their sport.

Performance Training

DME athletes need to dedicate an equal amount of time into body and mind training as they do into their sports-specific training. Campers have complete access to our elite facilities and will get a taste for advanced strength and conditioning expectations and deliverables at the next level.

Affordability

DME camps are more than 50% less than other, elite academy camp offerings in Florida. We bring elite coaching and facilities to the market for half the cost, allowing campers affordable access to next level training and facilities.

What sports do you offer?

We offer sport-specific camps for Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer & Baseball. We also offer a multi-sport camp.

Can my whole team camp at DME?

What are the accomodation options?

Our brand new 18,000 square feet dormitory is now open! This 80-bed dormitory hosts two student lounges, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, a large cafeteria, an onsite laundry facility, a conference room, a learning center, an outdoor court, and more. We also have 2 private chefs that provide a 3/meals per day meal plan that is designed with the unique needs of a growing competitive student-athlete.

What is your Covid Policy?

We are all currently facing times of uncertainty. We all continue to look ahead with optimism while knowing the need for flexibility if things should change. We also realize that the desire for many to keep improving, even during difficult periods, is a constant. And that is why we are offering worry-free booking options, if for any reason we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund (minus credit card processing fees).
