DAYTONA BEACH, FL — On Tuesday night, DME Sports Academy’s High School National Team competed against local New Smyrna High School team, in an exciting match up.
DME traveled to the Barracuda’s home court for the first time.
Nate Adxox and Vadim Clanet lead the team in scoring 6 points each in the first half. DME Sports Academy was up 27-23 at halftime despite all starters in foul trouble.
After a tense first half DME HS grew a 10 point lead in the 3rd quarter which maintained through out the game. Assane Diouf had a strong second half with 16 pts, 8 rbs, and 8 blocks – almost a triple double! Nate finishes the game with 15 pts, and 5 out of 7 of the shots taken at half-time.
Final Score 59-50 with DME HS National Team taking the win.
