Bendeguz accepts his 2025-26 Sunshine Independent Athletic Association Player of the Year for the Coastal Division

Bendeguz Vujity-Zsolnay Named 2025–26 SIAA Coastal Division Player of the Year

Daytona Beach, Fla. – DME Academy proudly announces that freshman guard Bendeguz Vujity-Zsolnay of the DME High School Gray Team has been named the 2025–2026 Sunshine Independent Athletic Association (SIAA) Coastal Division Player of the Year.

The standout freshman emerged as one of the most impactful players in the conference this season, showcasing maturity beyond his years while leading from the guard position. His poise, scoring ability, and two-way presence helped anchor the High School Gray team throughout conference play.
