The DME Academy Sports Performance department designs and implements year-round and sport-specific training programs for full-time student-athletes. Each training program is designed to enhance all aspects of general athleticism from speed, agility, total body strength, explosiveness, work capacity/conditioningmental & nutritional programming, proper rest & recovery methods, and injury prevention.
