Bring your team for a full schedule of training that combines morning skill training sessions with afternoon/evening competitive gameplay. This camp includes on-campus housing and meals.

Training Details 

On Court
Off Court
Proper basketball training includes both on and off-court elements. We focus on technical training with an emphasis on footwork, shot mechanics, ball-handling, finishing around the basket, and introducing game situations/strategies that impact athlete performance. 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Daily Sample Schedule (boarding)

  • Athletes will have a variety of options - pancakes, waffles, orange juice & omelettes to keep them energized throughout the day!

    8 - 830 AM

    Breakfast

  • Different styles of weight training and cardio to help keep endurance and get stronger!

    9:30-10:30 AM

    Strength and Conditioning

  • Shooting form, rebounding, dribbling, finishing skills, and footwork.

    10:30-11:30 AM

    Skill Development

  • Athletes will have the option of sandwiches, smoothies, fruit and protein bars for their lunch!

    12:00-1:00 PM

    Lunch

  • The afternoon athletes will have the chance to grow their skills and play some games with competition from all over the country!

    3:00-5:00 PM

    Games

  • Athletes will have pizza, salad, pasta, and a dessert selection for dinner to keep them full throughout the night!

    6:00-7:00 PM

    Dinner

  • This time will be used for those athletes who want to get a couple more reps in and/or dig into the film learning from the game and or day's practice sessions.

With more than 47,000 square feet our professionally maintained facility has the latest training equipment and technology for athletes. Our facility boasts 2 full NBA courts & 5 youth courts.

Dan is the Co-Founder of DME Academy and head of all basketball operations. He has coached two NBA teams as well as a trio of the most prestigious NCAA Division I programs including Oklahoma, Indiana and Marquette.

Breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Sports Training and gym time. 

Supervision from an experienced camp/athletic environment staff.

Transportation to and from the airport is not provided.

 Lead by Our Athletic Director Laura Stegall, your child is in good hands while on the DME campus.

DME Summer Camp Staff includes School Administrators, Teachers, Coaches, and College Students that have grown up in the summer camp program.

We follow 1:20 ratio on campus and 1:10 ratio off-campus.  

 

Bedding

  • Twin sized sheet
  • 1 pillow
  • 1 Sleeping bag or comforter

Clothes

  • Outfits for 6 days (campers typically wear athletic or basketball shorts and t-shirts or tank tops)
  • 1-2 pairs of sneakers
  • Shower shoes (flip flops)
  • 10-12 pairs of socks
  • A rain jacket or rain poncho
  • Bathing suits
  • Laundry bag
  • At least 2 towels

Toiletries

  • Shower caddy
  • Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash
  • Toothbrush, toothpaste, floss
  • Deodorant, sunscreen, bug spray, aloe

Other 

  • A reusable water bottle (or 2)
  • A small bag or backpack to transport water bottles, sneakers, etc. to and from the courts

All campers will need to fill out our Mandatory Waiver Form. This will need to be filled out and E-signed during the registration process, by a Parent/Guardian.

 

The minimum number of players per team is 10. There will be 2 coaches allowed per team.
