As a player, in 2012 Kioki was named Middle Georgia Soccer Player Of The Year after scoring 31 goals with 13 assists in 18 games. At the collegiate level, Kioki played his freshman and sophomore season for the GA Perimeter Jaguars before transferring to Lander University to continue his academic and playing career.
During the summer months of college Kioki competed in the NPSL, and USL2 formerly known as the PDL for the Myrtle Beach Mutiny where he won 2 conference titles. After college, Kioki spent 3 months in England playing for Pickering Town FC and spent a month in Spain on trial with Benidorm CF. After his playing career, Kioki began coaching and private training at the club level in Atlanta, Georgia.
In 2019 / 2020, Kioki was Director of Operations for Daytona Rush Soccer Club. His responsibilities included, player liaison, managing player registration with United Soccer League, organizing home and away matches, sponsorship activation, community outreach, and soccer programming throughout volusia county.
