Alvaro Sanchez is the Master Coach for DME Academy. He has been coaching volleyball for over 18 years. He is originally from Miami, Florida and attended Florida International University where he played Men’s Club. His coaching journey is varied across High School, Club and Collegiate programs. He has coached at the NCAA D1 level for both Florida International University and Bethune-Cookman University. Since joining the DME Academy family, Coach Alvaro has qualified with our 14’s in 2019 and 15's in 2021. Additionally, he was honored in 2017 with the AVCA Diversity Award.
