Performance & Athletic Training

Where Technology and Methodology Collide

Performance training is now a year-round regimen designed to keep your body primed throughout the year. Sport-specific and position-specific training is changing the way athletes elevate their game. At DME, performance training off the court or field is equally as important in an athletes development. Our performance programs cover everything. This includes: speed, agility, endurance, mental & nutritional programming, proper rest & recovery methods and injury prevention.
