Admissions Process

DOMESTIC APPLICANTS

Step 1: STUDENT-ATHLETE PROFILE

To start the admission process, please complete our 2024-25 Student-Athlete Profile Form.

Step 2: Application

The Online DME Application needs to be completed and submitted with all the information and required documents in order to be eligible for evaluation: Start the Online DME Electronic Application

Required Documents to Upload to the Online Application

Age Verification Documents

  • Copy of birth certificate

Immunization Record

  • Request this document from your physician, dated within one year. It does not have to be translated in English.

Academic Records

  • Middle School
    • Report card for current year and previous year
    • Assessment or Evaluation (if applicable): IEP, 504, or Psycho-Educational Evaluation
  • High School
    • Official Transcripts for the most current year and previous two years
      • Include school seal
      • Include number of house per course per week
      • Include course catalog
    • Assessment or Evaluation (if applicable): IEP, 504, or Psycho-Educational Evaluation
  • Post Graduate
    • Official transcripts from 9-12 grade

Required Documents Checklist

Step 3: Acceptance & Enrollment

Once the application is completed, you will receive a decision notification from our Admissions Department. Soon after that, you will receive an Electronic Enrollment Agreement that must be completed and returned with the required deposit. This can be paid via credit card, check, or wire. Please complete the enrollment form in full, and indicate the payment option of your choice (Pay in Full or Payment Plan).

Domestic Financial Aid

DME Academy has a limited amount of financial aid available. Recipients will be required to have completed the admission process and will be selected based on an academic, athletic, character, and financial review.

    • Most recent TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo results
    • Assessment or Evaluation (if applicable): IEP, 504, or Psycho-Educational Evaluation

    • Official Transcripts for the most current year and previous two years
    • Official Transcripts for the most current year and previous two years - translated to English
      • Include school seal

Form I-20

  • Bank Statement or Official Letter from the bank verifying sufficient funds. Please contact your admissions representative for this figure. (view sample in required documents checklist link below)
  • Transfer Students: Current Form I-20 and F-1 Visa (if applicable)
