Step 1:

Please fill out our 2025-2026 Student-Athlete Profile Form with your athlete’s information to start the admission process. Once this Form is completed:

ONLINE APPLICATION

We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen to apply to DME Academy! As an international student, we ask that you provide all the requested information and supporting documents to ensure a smooth application process.

Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of $200, which must be submitted along with your application. Once your application is complete, decisions will be communicated via email within 3-5 business days.

Age Verification Documents
Copy of Current Passport

For High School Applicants - Academic Records

Report Cards for the most current year and previous year (3 years)
Report Cards for the most current year and previous year (3 years) - translated to English
Most Recent Standardized Test Results (if applicable)
Most Recent TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo Results (This is required for class placement only)
Assessment or Evaluation: IEP, 504, or Psychoeducational Evaluation (if applicable)
Copy of Immunization Records
Additional Documentation:
Form I-20 Required Documents: International Students are required to submit the following documents after confirmation of enrollment.
Bank Statement or Official Letter from the bank verifying sufficient funds.

FINANCIAL AID – INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

DME Academy offers “needs-based” financial aid. To be eligible for evaluation, all students interested in applying are required to complete the 2025-2026 Financial Aid Request Form.

Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of $100, which must be submitted along with your application. Once your application is complete, decisions will be communicated via email.

Required Documents:

Age Verification Documents
Copy of Birth Certificate.
Immunization Record: Request this document from your physician, dated within one year.
High School Application - Academic Records
Official Transcript(s) for the most current year and previous two years (3 years):
Include the school seal
Include the number of hours per course per week
Include a course catalog

Assessment or Evaluation (if applicable): IEP, 504, or Psychoeducational Evaluation

Florida Residents Only*: Submit proof of Florida StepUp For Students Scholarship

FINANCIAL AID FOR DOMESTIC STUDENTS:

DME Academy offers limited “needs-based” financial aid. To be eligible for evaluation, all students interested in applying are required to complete the Parent Financial Statement through SSS (School & Student Services)
