She brings more than 15 years of experience leading elite club programs, mentoring coaches and building competitive volleyball organizations. In her role at DME, Lane oversees the program’s strategic direction, coaching standards, athlete development, recruiting support, tournaments, camps and overall operations.
A former NCAA Division II standout at Nova Southeastern University, Lane earned All-Sunshine State Conference Second Team and AVCA South Region Honorable Mention recognition. She also helped lead the Sharks to the program’s first NCAA Tournament Elite Eight appearance before pursuing professional playing opportunities in Europe.
Throughout her coaching career, Lane has helped guide teams to an AAU National Championship and a berth in the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championship.
Coach Lane is passionate about helping student-athletes develop their skills, compete at a high level and build the confidence, character and discipline that will serve them beyond volleyball. She is excited to help lead the continued growth of DME Volleyball and build a program that makes a lasting impact on its athletes and coaches.
Trinity Gibson is the Assistant Club Director of DME Academy Volleyball.
She brings collegiate playing experience, leadership and a strong commitment to athlete development. In her role at DME, Trinity supports club operations, program development, coaching standards and athlete training across all teams.
A former middle blocker at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Trinity competed at the NCAA Division II level while earning a degree in Human Factors Psychology. She was a four-year member of the volleyball program and earned multiple Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selections, reflecting her dedication both academically and athletically.
Before college, Trinity was a standout at Westminster Christian School in Miami, where she earned All-Region honors and recorded 370 kills and 84 blocks.
Coach Trinity is passionate about helping athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence and a competitive mindset. She is committed to mentoring student-athletes on and off the court and supporting the continued growth and success of DME Volleyball.
