We are the official hotel booking partner for DME Academy and the Beach and Ball Classic! Please take a look at the hotel options listed on the booking portal here and pick the hotel that suits your needs the best. This event has a Stay-To-Play policy. If your team is located outside 75 miles of the event location, you will be required to stay at one of the tournament-approved hotels. Your team may be asked to provide proof of hotel registration prior to the event. If you do not book through DME/Pellucid Travel there will be an assessed fee for avoiding the process without approval.
Rooming lists are due by 11/23 and the cutoff date for all properties is 11/25. If you need to come early, extend your stay, or need a different room type please complete This Form for assistance.
